MaryAnne K. Espie, CRA President/Senior Appraiser

MaryAnne started her career in 1985 with W. Frank Real Estate in Port Perry as a Real Estate Sales Person. In 1989 she joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada and began her journey towards her CRA Designation. In 1997 she received her designation and then founded M.K. Espie Appraisals & Consulting and has been active in Real Estate Appraisals in Durham Region. Her main focus is on rural, estate and waterfront properties. MaryAnne has given expert witness testimony and MPAC Assessment Appeal testimony as well as served as a review appraiser for a Major Bank.

Glenn Espie, Canadian Residential Appraiser

Glenn joined the company in 2002 and obtained his CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2018. Glenn brings with him extensive computer, customer service and IT skills. Glenn is well versed in zoning and municipal planning and has excellent research and analytical knowledge.

Lindsay Espie, Candidate

Lindsay joined the company in 2002 and is currently working toward becoming an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with many of the mandatory courses completed. Lindsay brings with her excellent customer service and research skills.
